Australia’s Working Holiday Visas
A working holiday visa allows foreigners aged between 18 and 31 to work anywhere in Australia for up to one year.* Currently, the nationals of 39 countries are eligible for the 417 or 462 working holiday visas. Which of these visas you might be eligible to apply for depends on which country you are from. As of August 1, 2017, the nationals of the following countries are eligible to apply for an Australian working holiday visa:

Belgium. Canada. Republic of Cyprus. Denmark. Estonia. Finland. France. Germany. Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (including British National Overseas passport holders). Republic of Ireland. Italy. Japan. Republic of Korea. Malta. Netherlands. Norway. Sweden. Taiwan. United Kingdom.
Working Holiday Visa subclass 462
Argentina. Bangladesh. Chile. China, People’s Republic of. Hungary. Indonesia. Israel. Luxembourg. Malaysia. Poland. Portugal. San Marino. Singapore. Slovak Republic. Slovenia. Spain. Thailand. Turkey. USA. Uruguay. Vietnam.

Please note that from July 1, 2019, Greek citizens can now benefit from the Working Holiday visa, subclass 462.
