Rebecca Santaera is the Director of Migration Ways Australia, which she co-founded in 2014. She has been a Registered Migration Agent since 2011 and provides strategic migration advice to businesses and individuals across Australia.  

With well over a decade of experience in the Australian migration industry, Rebecca provides strategic and practical advice to both businesses and individuals navigating Australia’s complex visa framework. She works closely with employers across a range of industries to design and manage sponsorship programs, helping them address skill shortages while ensuring compliance with evolving immigration requirements. 

Rebecca has developed particular expertise in employer-sponsored visas, including the Skills in Demand (subclass 482) and Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 186), as well as skilled and family migration pathways. Her approach is grounded in providing clear, commercially focused advice that aligns with both business objectives and migration outcomes. 

Having commenced her career internationally in Italy, Rebecca gained early exposure to the global demand for Australian migration. This experience continues to inform her understanding of the challenges faced by offshore applicants and businesses looking to establish or expand their presence in Australia. 

Since co-founding Migration Ways in 2014, Rebecca has built a strong reputation for delivering ethical, considered advice and achieving consistent results for her clients. She is known for her hands-on approach, long-standing client relationships, and ability to simplify complex migration processes.
